Save UID & metadata of mail in mysql table

Mail UID (unique number for each mail) is the one I am trying to figure
out. MailLog filter able to read mail-iid, metadata, etc. In the same way I
want to extract mail-uid and metadata using some plugin or script whatever.
Can you please guide me how can I get this?.
