Double variable expansion / multiple password mechanisms

You should be able to add multiple userPassword attributes to your directory:

userPassword: {CRAM-MD5}xxx
userPassword: {DIGEST-MD5}xxxx
userPassword: {SCRAM-SHA-1}xxxx
userPassword: {NTLM}xxxx
