Sync mailservera!

It seems that i managed to make the two servers synced together.... So
thanks for the anwsers !!!
Some more questions please...
 
How can i initiate a full sync of all mailboxes..?

I have two servers using dovecot and want to sync them with doveasm ...... I
am using usersb as user backend ....database 
 
Can anyone help me config them... Is there any use guide about it ?
