Issues with stats-writer

I am using qmail for some reasons I have the error above. I have tried the following: 

#service stats {
#    unix_listener stats-reader {
#        user = root
#        group = dovecot
#        mode = 0660
#    }
#
#    unix_listener stats-writer {
#        user = root
#        group = dovecot
#        mode = 0660
#    }
#}

But still no luck still have the same issue. 

Any tips are welcomed.
