[Dovecot] Sent / Drafts / Trash folders and subscribing ?

These mailbox names are in no way a standard. Different clients use  
even different names. So it's the clients' responsibility to create  
and subscribe them. But since you migrated from Courier, you should  
have also migrated the users' subscriptions. http://wiki.dovecot.org/
