[Dovecot] Bug: subscriptions file does not take on the same perms as dovecot-shared

... which can be done by unchecking 'Show only subscribed folders' in Account 
Settings / Server Settings / Advanced... (or 
setting 'mail.server.server<number>.using_subscription' to false).
