[Dovecot] Multiple Folders Continually Auto-Created

I'm on 2.2.4 and don't auto-create any folders.  I'll try rawlog if I can
figure out how to reproduce it.  I tried Outlook 2011 on my mac connecting
to a duplicate of one of the original problem users and unable to get it to
reproduce.  Thanks for the suggestion.
