[Dovecot] Auth_cache not working?

Hi, I have: auth_cache_size = 4096 auth_cache_ttl = 3600 I use Thunderbird connecting to my Dovecot IMAP server 1.1rc1. I click on five folders and close Thunderbird. Sometimes I click five folders and OE will have done 3 logins sometimes 2. So new IMAP logins for (more or less) every click in Thunderbird and OE; this is what auth_cache_size should solve right? hi together, behind the update on suse 10.3 to 1.1rc1 from http://dovecot.org/releases/1.1/rc/dovecot-1.1.rc1.tar.gz there was now change aof dovecot version. [Dovecot] How can I see the last login time vuserinfo when I login to imap server ?

Hello I use dovecot-1.0.7 for imap. I also use vpopmail5.4.x. on qmail. It works well so far. But when I log in to imap server, I could not see the last login time vuserinfo command in vpopmail. How can I correct that ? Thanks.

Hello, list! Seems that quota warning feature doesn't work for me. I have dovecot-1.0.9 with quota-rewrite patch (http://dovecot.org/patches/1.0/quota-rewrite-1.0.9.diff) Dovecot works as imap, pop3 server and lda for postfix. [Dovecot] multiple ip and ssl

Hello, is possible in some way use on each ip address different certificate (for imap, for pop3). There are options like (but that is not enough for me): protocol imap { listen = *:10143 ssl_listen = *:10943 .. } protocol pop3 { listen = *:10100 .. } I have server for 4 domains (each has own ip address), so i need bind one ip address to one domain to one certificate(each certificate contains name of domain): domain1.tld (x.x.x.100) -> certificate domain1.tld.pem domain2.tld (x.x.x.101) -> certificate domain2.tld.pem domain3.tld (x.x.x.102) -> certificate domain3.tld.pem domain4.tld (x.x.x.103) -> certificate domain4.tld.pem Or i must run different instances of dovecot ? [Dovecot] Dovecot 1.0.10 <- IMAP -> Nokia N95 ?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has IMAP working between Dovecot 1.0.10 and a Nokia N95 (8GB version with firmware 15.x.x.x)? I've been trying to make it work using a default Dovecot config but the N95 just hangs when updating the folder list which has a bunch of nested folders. So I made a new test user and started from there. That works but the moment I add a folder in Evolution and a subfolder in that one then the N95 seems to fall apart. In wireshark all I see are a bunch of TCP transmissions over and over from the Dovecot server to the N95 and the N95 just sits there. I also configured Dovecot with a basic private namespace but that did not make any difference: namespace private { separator = / prefix = location = maildir:/var/spool/mail/%u/ inbox = yes } Any tips much appreciated. [Dovecot] Multiple password schemes

Hi, right now I have default_pass_scheme = MD5-CRYPT in my dovecot-sql-auth.conf file. This works; however I noticed because of history a lot of my users still have a CRYPT password (not a MD5-CRYPT password). Now I get these errors: dovecot: Feb 26 13:08:17 Info: auth-worker(default): sql(***, *******): MD5-CRYPT(0lifant) != 'i3/S6ZswGSfbk' Any way to make Dovecot use another (fallback) password scheme when the default scheme isn't working?
