[Dovecot] dovecot 2.0.2 compile issues on Solaris 10u8 Sparc

I am having compile problems with Dovecot v2.0.2 on a well patched Solaris 10u8 Sparc system using the included gcc compiler. Version 2.0.0 compiled with out any issues using the same configure syntax. My ./configure syntax looks like this: ./configure --with-ssl=openssl --with-shadow Yahoo and Google searches turned up nothing for me. Reviewing the file mountpoint.c between version 2.0.0 and 2.0.2 shows the files to be identical, so I have a problem somewhere else, I am just not sure where. Hello Anyone here tried to use palm pre built-in email client with imap server (TLS)? [Dovecot] LMTP proxying strategy with multiple recipient delivery

Hi Timo and All, how does Dovecot act when an MTA tries to deliver a multiple recipient message to a LMTP proxied system? Does it uses server affinity table for each recipient? I use lmtp_destination_recipient_limit = 1 setting in postfix to avoid multiple recipient delivery. Is it right? I use lmtp_destination_concurrency_limit = 1 too, but i think that it's useless or, maybe, it can make performance worst. Luca

Dear All, I am trying to configure Virtual mailbox but having issue my squirrelmail is showing following error:- ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server. Query: LSUB "" "*" I have also check Thunderbird but having same issue. [Dovecot] Dovecot 2.0.2 breakes LMTP delivery for me

Hi, I'm onboard Debian Lenny (amd64) and just reverted from 2.0.2-0~auto+4 back to 2.0.1-0~auto+1 because LMTP stopped working completly with the above Package. In my setup delivery is done from exim via LMTP to dovecot (Maildir/ext3). Hi all, We are running "dovecot-1.0.7-7.el5" on a CentOS release 5.5 (Final) box. I know, its an old version, but it cames up with the CentOS release (yum). Anyway. Is there a way to import the certificate, which was generated with "mkcert_dovecot.sh", permanently to the outlook 2003 clients? Every time, when our office 2003 clients fetches there emails (POP3s) from our dovecot server, they will be asked "......, the CN-Name of this certificate doesn't match with the taken Value. Do you want to continue with this server?. sorry for the poor english translation. Here in german (for some german people): Der Server, mit dem Sie verbunden sind, verwendet ein Sicherheitszertifikat, das nicht verifiziert werden konnte. Der CN-Name des Zertifikates stimmt nicht mit dem übergebenen Wert überein. Möchten Sie diesen Server weiterhin verwenden? many thanks for some hints Richard
