Timeout when opening folder

Hi all, I'm stuck with an issue. Migrating everything to a k0s kubernetes cluster, trying to migrate dovecot and all so far seems to be well with PVC for mail storage, ssl working great, authentication vis PostgreSQL working great. Issue is when trying to look at another folder say Deleted or Spam etc folder I am getting a timeout error with no logs. Oauth2 remote IP address

Anyone knows how to configure Dovecot to send the real remote ip address of the user to the oauth2 provider ( Keycloak in this case ) ? Right now I see the request as coming from the Dovecot server... Thank you, Scott

logging computer name

I am running Dovecot 2.3.21. One client has multiple computers in their LAN, connecting to my server with a static IP. One or several computers in that LAN keep logging in with failed password, but the Dovecot log only shows the public static IP, like this Jun 25 10:39:20 server-name dovecot[689]: imap-login: Disconnected: Connection closed (auth failed, 2 attempts in 62 secs): user=<xxxx(a)domainyyy.com>, method=PLAIN, rip=client-public-IP, lip=server-IP, TLS, session=<MCLxoK4bksIO8zXR> I tried to enable debug, but there is no more information about the LAN IP or computer names. Is there any setting which helps me with that purpose? So it will be much easier to locate the failed computers in that LAN? Thank you.

Only some of my sent emails are stored in sent-folder

Lots of the emails I send aren't stored in the sent folder. It seems that it mostly (but not always) work for sent emails where the main email-address (the one that is also used as login name) is used as sender. It never seems to work when an alias is used as sender name. There isn't any entry in the mail.err log and nothing that looks suspicious to me in the regular mail.log. I didn't notice it at first, because I usually don't check my sent folder that much, but I it seems to have started when I migrated to the new server a few weeks ago. Any idea what could be the reason for it? Ordinarily, dovecot does not handle the capture of outgoing mail, Most of the time, it's the mail reader (MUA) that files outgoing messages to a sent-mail folder, and less commonly, the MTA will do it. Mail readers probably employ their own logic to determine what belongs in the sent mail folder: it could be all outgoing mail, it could be redirected based on some role filter. If you have a repeatable case, check it against your filter rule set. If it's inconsistent (the same message does and does not make it into your sent mail folder), you can look at other causes. Sieve bug on duplicate extension with MessageID break line

Hello, I noticed that sieve's duplicate function is not working when the MessageID header has a line break and I have encountered messages originating from Microsoft 365 this way.
